organizational wellness
transforming leaders & organizations
We unlock sustainable performance by aligning personal vitality with organizational design.
We grow people and re-engineer the systems they live in.
Our approach blends holistic personal development, systems thinking, and evidence-based team dynamics to build people & cultures that are resilient, humane, and high-performing.
Three benefits to our method

Dig deep
The Four Domains of organizational change
Durable change needs synchronized shifts across how people think and act, and how organizations relate and operate.
We pair the deep leadership of organizational identity (BE) with the daily leadership of organizational disciplines (DO) so behavior and systems consistently align with belief and culture.
When navigating change, many leaders focus only on that right side of the diagram. The DO.
This is the surface stuff of tweaking an SOP, editing KPIs, restructuring the org chart, scheduling meetings, adjusting processes, creating a To-Do list, or adding an espresso machine to the break room. Changing the DO can help relieve a limited problem, but it can't bring about innovation, maturity, strategic adjustment, conflict/crisis transformation, or whole-life/brand redefinition.
We Dig Deep into the left side of that diagram in order to get into The BE.
Through our Personal Vitality Assessment and the Team Clock Assessment through the Center For Team Excellence, we're able to listen well at a micro (personal) level as well as the macro (organizational) level to determine what your unique challenges and strengths are.
The goal? To help you understand these and work with them to development yourself, your team, or your organization.
Both organizations and people move through different seasons, each with its own pace and needs. Most leaders have a habit of driving their team in high gear no matter the season.
But, leaders of wisdom are learning to ease back the throttle in order to consider, "What season is our organization in? What season are we moving into? And, what kind of leadership does this require of me and others?"
Our assessment and coaching engagements help you see these details clearly, ask the questions relevant to your team's needs now and in the seasons ahead, and help you adapt to lead effectively whether you're in a season of growth, transition, recovery, or reset.
